Welcome to Perfect Cleaning (perfectcleaning.lk). By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
We provide a wide range of cleaning services, including residential, commercial, sofa, carpet, window, and other special cleaning tasks.
Services are offered based on availability and confirmed booking.
Any additional tasks requested during service may be subject to extra charges.
2. Bookings & Appointments
All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
We may request property details and service requirements before confirming a booking.
Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or service duration at prior locations.
3. Payments
Payments must be made in cash or via bank transfer immediately after the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed.
We do not accept online card payments through the website.
Prices are provided in advance based on service type and property size.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
Appointments can be rescheduled subject to staff availability.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises.
All fragile, valuable, or sensitive items should be secured before cleaning.
Perfect Clean will not be responsible for damage caused by unsafe or hidden property conditions.
6. Liability
While we take every care in our work, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or hidden defects.
Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Privacy
Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
Perfect Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
