Welcome to Perfect Cleaning (perfectcleaning.lk). By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Services

  • We provide a wide range of cleaning services, including residential, commercial, sofa, carpet, window, and other special cleaning tasks.

  • Services are offered based on availability and confirmed booking.

  • Any additional tasks requested during service may be subject to extra charges.


2. Bookings & Appointments

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.

  • We may request property details and service requirements before confirming a booking.

  • Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or service duration at prior locations.


3. Payments

  • Payments must be made in cash or via bank transfer immediately after the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We do not accept online card payments through the website.

  • Prices are provided in advance based on service type and property size.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Appointments can be rescheduled subject to staff availability.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises.

  • All fragile, valuable, or sensitive items should be secured before cleaning.

  • Perfect Clean will not be responsible for damage caused by unsafe or hidden property conditions.


6. Liability

  • While we take every care in our work, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or hidden defects.

  • Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
